Always a pleasure to do business here at Pop Mart, we’ve been here since it opened and the staff are nice and friendly, unlike the reviews, I encountered no issues. To those saying sales end too early, dude, one word answer, scalpers… the store was nice and air conditioned and the staff were all very engaged and friendly
Really rude staff were talking about us whilst we were still in the store after asking one question politely.
Date of visit: 30 April, around 8:00 PM This was one of the worst in-store experiences I’ve had in a while. The store was busy, yet a female staff member was restocking in a way that was careless and inconsiderate of customers. She was holding a cardboard box under her arm, and when she bent down, it hit and scratched my arm. That alone was unacceptable but what followed was even worse.
