Date of visit: 30 April, around 8:00 PM This was one of the worst in-store experiences I’ve had in a while. The store was busy, yet a female staff member was restocking in a way that was careless and inconsiderate of customers. She was holding a cardboard box under her arm, and when she bent down, it hit and scratched my arm. That alone was unacceptable but what followed was even worse. Driving for one hour to get to this store by 9.00am, where an advertised sale was supposed to start, joining the cue upon arrival for 10 minutes to be told by a stuff member that the items are only available online; this was never stated on their website or app. Not to mention that the items sold out online within seconds. Everybody's time is important! I am strongly considering reporting this business to the ACCC.

When I was paying at the counter the staff member advised that we should video the unboxing in case we receive duplicates. I asked what would happen if we received a duplicate.
