Really rude staff were talking about us whilst we were still in the store after asking one question politely.
Date of visit: 30 April, around 8:00 PM This was one of the worst in-store experiences I’ve had in a while. The store was busy, yet a female staff member was restocking in a way that was careless and inconsiderate of customers. She was holding a cardboard box under her arm, and when she bent down, it hit and scratched my arm. That alone was unacceptable but what followed was even worse. 抽了好多次終於被我抽到手套魚今天真的很幸運
Driving for one hour to get to this store by 9.00am, where an advertised sale was supposed to start, joining the cue upon arrival for 10 minutes to be told by a stuff member that the items are only available online; this was never stated on their website or app. Not to mention that the items sold out online within seconds. Everybody's time is important! I am strongly considering reporting this business to the ACCC.
