Spent 20 minutes shopping around next to several employees that never made any attempt to discuss the process of purchasing from Pop Mart. Waited in line a very long line just to be told we needed an account to purchase from them. No wonder why the line is so long everyone needs to setup an account at the register while everyone else waits. Maybe put a sign or disclaimer in the store for people to get a heads up. But thanks for what you do
As a person of color, I felt really uncomfortable shopping at this location. There’s a heavier-set white male employee who consistently followed me around the store every time I visited, and it made the experience feel unsettling and unwelcoming. It came across as though I was being suspected of stealing, which was frustrating and honestly insulting, especially considering how much money I’ve spent with Pop Mart over the years. Because of these experiences, I stopped going to this location altogether.
