Outstanding service during the International Fall Festival in Eau Claire last Saturday! Kind, and prompt. Doesn’t get better than this!
Quick, polite, efficient. Be apprised that if they are not unlocking a vehicle containing a child, there is a fee that is reimbursable from your insurance company but that gets paid at time of service 😊
Witness to the great service they offer when a mama accidentally locked her 2 year old in the car. Pop a lock was quick to arrive and fast to get babe out of the car!! Very professional and very kind!

Had to call emergency services today after I locked my 3 year old in the car. They dispatched Pop-a-Lock and we had the car unlocked very quickly. The gentleman was so kind and FAST. It's a free service, which I never suspected but didn't care if it cost a mortgage. So grateful for a service like this. AND my daughter got a fun toy to cheer her up. I definitely recommend. They requested any in-kind donations be made to St. Jude. Accidents happen and they certainly helped us when we needed it. Thank you!!!!
Avery jay kissing his new stuffed animal, Pal. He received this today thanks to Pop-A-Lock of the Chippewa Valley. Trying to hurry to run some errands his dad and I were locked outside of the car while Avery was inside. Thankfully the AC was on the whole time but within 2 minutes they were here to unlock the car and for FREE!! Couldn’t be more thankful #Palsaveslives
I managed to somehow lock my keys in my car while getting my kids loaded up to leave. I called in a panic, and a tech was there in no time (even though it felt like forever). Got my car unlocked quickly, and my babies were safe and sound. I was so pleasantly surprised when he told me he wouldn't charge me since my kids were locked in. Took some of the stress out of an extremely stressful situation. I'm so, so grateful.
