I'm locked out of my truck late for work 3 kids that need to get to school and I can't find my keys anywhere so I call and then get told that my best bet is to call a dealership and that was his only suggestion thanks a lot worst service ever in my life will tell everyone I know never to call this place ever

Even if we'd have been able to leave immediately (when we already had booked appointments for that morning), we're supposed to drive 60+ minutes, create a key from scratch (which can take up to an hour), and get the customer going to work in less than two hours (at 6:30 am no less)? My toddler locked me out of the house. They responded very quickly after we called for help, and were able to get this worried mom back inside to my little one shortly afterwards. Highly recommend!
Super fast and friendly service. We accidentally locked our 2 year old in the car while we brought in groceries. Pop a Lock arrived within 15 mins or less and got the door opened right away. and it was free since our child was inside.
I experienced extremely quick and professional service from Pop-A-Lock today after I accidentally locked my key in my vehicle. Jake was top-notch and got my truck open within minutes after arriving. Highly recommended!
Completely unprofessional and rude experience with this business today. Was not even the customer but he accused us of being liars when we said we weren't the homeowner, yelled out his window at us multiple times, etc. Would never recommend this place to anyone after the way we were treated today.

Now for the rest of the story. We were called to unlock an old van and let the caller know that we were coming from Chippewa Falls and it would be a bit. When we were a minute or so away from the location, we received a call to cancel because they got the car opened.
