I was able to get excellent over-the-phone instructions on how I could fix a lock on my door. Took all of 15 minutes to get it working again and the technician was really helpful!

Called five places trying to find a locksmith to answer the phone today. These guys were out there in 30 minutes and even waited 30 minutes for me to get there when I got stuck behind. Worked with JD and never had a service person wait that long for me before! Did great work and is coming back tomorrow on short notice to help with additional locks as well. Couldn’t be happier!
It started out as 1 * the dispatcher sent the technician to the wrong address 20 miles out of the way very unprofessional but thank goodness that JD Wells took it upon himself to help a customer out thanks to him I was able to get back into my truck with ease and the other technician that came out Vivian that was sent by the dispatcher that screwed up the first one arrived at the same time as JD both were very professional and apologetic and I was able to get back into my truck if anything the dispatcher needs to get a map a... read more
Nobody showed up after waiting over an hour. Don’t rely on this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guy was super professional and had made contact within 8 minutes of me requesting assistance with Geico! Came straight out and had the car open in 2 minutes. Highly recommend him - thank you!
