Brian called very quickly to schedule the appointment. He came and explained what he was doing and went above and beyond. I would use again without hesitation.
It literally took him 2 minutes to unlock my truck! So fast! Brian Segel was very polite and very respectfully promoted his business and other services they provide. I would definitely recommend them.
I called for help with getting my car door unlocked. The secretary was polite and service was efficient. Brian arrived within the hour and was also very helpful in making suggestions for me and getting my car key repaired.
We had a very good experience with Pop-A-Lock today. This company was assigned to us through American Home Shield but we would use them again on our own if needed. Brian was our locksmith, he was very professional and courteous. Came in, got the work done quickly, gave me his card and was gone!
If I could give them no stars, I would. We called after being locked out of our house and were told it would be 30 minutes for a technician to get to our house. After an hour of waiting, we called back (several times after being hung up on) and were told they didn’t have us on the schedule. Come to find out, they had cancelled it because they had no technicians available,but didn’t bother to call us. I have 3 hungry kids sitting outside in the heat now, waiting for another locksmith. Don’t waste your time with Pop A Lock!
Bryan at pop a lock unlocked my car within 15min of calling for a fair price and did it less than a minute! I highly recommend this place 👍
