I thought I was hiring a professional locksmith, but it felt like a random handyman showed up. He didn’t know how to handle my smart lock, spent nearly two hours trying, and still left it half-done. I had to hire someone else to fix it.

I had Pop-A-Lock come to my home on September 23rd to remove a broken piece of my house key in my door lock and to make me new keys for that lock. I believe Scott was who came out. He was able to come out the same day I called for service which was great seeing I couldn't leave the house, because I wasn't able to lock it. The communication by text was wonderful including the receipt. He was here within a very fast time after calling in. He wasn't here no more than 30 minutes. Needed a new key for my Jeep Wagoneer. Was refused by another locksmith due to the difficulty of it and was recommended here. Was able to make an appointment with a quick turnaround and even rescheduled (day of due to another appointment that changed) without any difficulty. Ben came out at 5PM on a Friday and got a new key made for me in <30 minutes. Entire process was super professional and Ben was super friendly. Would highly recommend!
