Very professional, explained everything in detail.
My husband has a defibrillator that has been beeping for three days. We were told by Medtronic to contact the doctor. Of course it was a weekend, but I called anyway. I got the answering service, and was told that Dr. Fazel doesn’t take calls from the service. So why have an answering service if you don’t want to be bothered?
