Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Did this chiropractor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! I love this office. I really love the careful work that Dr. Poortinga does. He has helped me overcome some issues that were going to get worse if I did not trust him to help me through it.

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled.
