I asked for a COVID Booster and I did not receive it. Instead, she gave me a different vaccine which I appreciated, but her assistance asked me to complete the paperwork for the COVID booster and then they did not administer the booster. I also asked her for refills on medications and asked her to help me with a skin hand flare-up, and she nodded and then did nothing to address my concerns/requests.
