No return phone calls in 5 attempts to 3 different contacts. We purchased a very nice looking Big Horn Ram 2014 Diesel. After the test drive and agreeing to their 15 day 500 mile return policy, we bought it and subsequently had our trusted mechanic look at it. There were some serious mechanical problems that only trained eyes see – like the turbo was maxed out plus cracked bearings among other things. A big deal. I just bought a beautiful sea green Ford Fussion at the Northern location they gave me a great deal and they have great personal service.
Since your salesman Billy Kline can't seem to behave himself on Facebook or social media we are no longer going to allow your company or your salespeople place ads in our Facebook groups, used cars is a tough business, hard to keep a good reputation, good luck with Billy, we are not going to subject our members to his silliness
Bought a suv from them 3 MONTHS AGO. I completely understand that things happen but they sold me a piece of garbage. No follow through, won’t return my calls, and now I will be replacing the engine plus $900 in front end issues. Horrible business and I’m shocked they stay in business with how they are running things. I will be sure to let everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague.
stand behind what they sell, I bought 3 trucks from them and had problems with the last 2, I bought a 2005 dodge and a 5 days later the fuel pump went out, a 400 dollar plus bill for repair and they wouldnt do anything for me, and the sales mangot really mad at me and threw me out of his place of bussiness while threatening me with his intimidation he was yelling at me about 3 inches from my face needless to say I had to foot the full bill for repairs, so I would advise any one who cant afford to fix what they buy from them ... read more
This place is amazing!!!! I got a car that I absolutely love, Everyone that worked with me was very nice and completely honest. Portia made me feel like I had just made a new friend. They worked with me to make sure everything was perfect and they treated me like family. I will recommend Poor Boyz to anyone who will listen, I will never buy a vehicle from anyone else.
These people just totally ripped off a friend of mine selling her car that's undrivable needs transmission work to what extent we don't even know yet maybe a whole new transmission and it was messed up to start with and they want her to pay for it to be fixed the air conditioner quit working in one day and they charged almost $8,000 which was paid in full total scam this is one of the saddest things I've seen even out of a car lot
