I am extremely disturbed by my experience involving Dr. Poonam Sood and the medical treatment she provided to my daughter. I discovered that Dr. Sood had been prescribing my daughter weight-loss injections, yet I was never informed about these prescriptions or the treatment. My daughter did not tell me, and I received no communication from Dr. Sood or her office regarding the medication, the reason it was being prescribed, potential risks or side effects, or what medical monitoring was being performed.
