Office staff was not competent enough to figure out how to submit my insurance, so they turned me away even after offering to just self pay and submit myself later. She had asked my to fax over my insurance card but their fax line was poor and it wouldn't send over legibly. I sent the same fax to another provider with no issue so I know it was their machine. Past experience with Dr Mishra was great, but when you can't get through the door it's a problem.
