I wish I could give her zero stars. She is a physician what she wants to do with your care! She now works for the Veterans Administration. I am a veteran new to this area. First of all, this is the worst VA ever! I was scheduled for surgery right before I moved here. I have a horrible back issue. First they couldn't find my MRI disc. She wouldn't fill my muscle relaxers and I've been on this one for a while. I finally see the Orthopedist doctor 3months later . Dr Mishra was always goodWith us spent a good amount of time with her patients going over labs and such . The only reason we left her practice was we had to change insurance companies and she did not accept our new insurance why she didn’t accept it was never explained to us . Or else we would have stayed with her
Dr Mishra takes the time to listen to you. She even personally called me at home. She really cares. Everyone is very friendly in her office and if it's an emergency and I don't have an appointment she usually gets me in as soon as possible.
One older woman working there was unpleasant most times I visited. She wasn’t pleasant even to the other workers, who change all the time. Too many appointments scheduled it seems or something. Maybe it’s becauae everyone but the one lady is always new
She was very kind and made me feel like she actually cared. She took her time to thoroughly explain everything and to address all of my concerns. She never made me feel rushed or like I was wasting her time!
I went to Dr. Mishra years ago and she was terrific THEN. My husband went to her as new patient 2 weeks ago and he has called her 3 times and she does not return calls. It was in reference to blood work results and we have a copy of it and it needed discussion. But, even if you call she should have the integrity to call back or some element of contact. We are very UNHAPPY, maybe she wants us to go away. We will. I will NEVER refer anyone to her again.
Dr Mishra was professional & caring. I have since moved out of her area, & I miss her expertise!
