Weekly pool cleaning by these people and my pool ended up fully saturated with yellow and green algae! The tech stated there was a miscommunication on proper chemical placement!!!! The sad thing is that they do not want to take accountability for their mistakes! The tech today has the unmitigated audacity to say my breaker went off and that's why it got the algae... I had controller failure and soon to be pump failure Stopped in the store in Dickinson after getting the run-around a few other places I Really needed service quick.Nat and his team were all over it. Nate and his team are dedicated, professional and passionate about their craft. Clean and tidy equipment installation with a working knowledge, no task is too big or small. Thank you for your passion and diligence.
Service has slowly gotten to be terrible. Came home to a flooded yard because the pool was overflowing (we were never notified). The man cleaning the pool spent at least half of his time on his cell phone (we have cameras). Our pool is green and disgusting and he supposedly came yesterday. We are having a graduation party tomorrow. Couldn't be more disappointed.
We switched to PoolDocx for our weekly cleaning a few months back. They've done an excellent job, always showing up on the scheduled day and keeping our pool sparkling and happy. This week we had them come out and add automation to our pool. The workers were very nice, calling before they showed up, and working until the job was completed. At the end of the project Nate came out himself to review the work. We are very pleased with the results and won't hesitate to use them should we need/want any further work.
