Reno really is as good as his reviews suggest. Super knowledgeable, friendly and I've just found him an incredibly honest and up front gentleman. He and the team have just been amazing for us as new pool owners, always happy to explain things to newbies. Couldn't recommend more highly as I can't remember the last time we had service like this.
