Had a very positive experience with Poolwerx Richmond from the time of my enquiry to have a new filter installed. Poolwerx helped and advised me of the most suitable filter for my pool. They came and measured and took photos then gave a detailed quote. Once accepting the quote the filter was installed very promptly and professionally. A shout out to Scott who did the installation. Scott left the area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Poolwerx Richmond.
NSW CRAPPEST pool maintenance franchise. “Warren” the owner the rudest person to deal with, DO NOT use this company. Paid upfront and he left my pool worse than what he started with.
Charged $45 for a 40 mm mender 40 mm 90 deg turn and a pot of glue 🤷♂️
I have been using Poolwerx Richmond for a number of months now and my pool has gone from having a great deal of black spot to being sparkling clean. The cost of the monthly service is very reasonable, which makes it affordable on a regular basis. A big thank you to Sasha, who has worked on my pool and made it crystal clear. He is polite, listens carefully to my concerns, and always does a fantastic job. The pool is now beautiful and a pleasure to swim in. Thank you to the whole team — especially Sasha. Highly recommend!
DO NOT USE - Appointment was cancelled at the last minute, showing no respect for our time. When the service finally occurred, it was incomplete and failed to provide the agreed service and maintenance. Within 24 hours, the pool deteriorated, leaving it unusable. Almost three weeks later, we were billed unexpectedly. When we raised concerns, the proposed “resolution” kept changing, from a refund, to equipment credit, and finally a conditional store credit that forced us to spend more money.
