Terrible customer service at Hervey Bay Poolwerx. Staff member was rude and accusatory, making us feel unwelcomed. despite being a new customer. Unresolved issues and no response to complaints. Not recommended. 😆
Just want to thank the team at Poolwerx for their fantastic assistance in identifying and resolving an issue with our pool system. After purchasing our property, we struggled to maintain chlorine levels and couldn’t figure out why. With some thorough troubleshooting, the team discovered that the chlorinator had failed — and a replacement was the best solution.
