Have used Poolwerx since I moved to Coffs Harbour 3+ years ago always found the staff friendly and professional with my pool needs.
I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to pools and equipment...so asked a local supplier how to maintain it ... they didnt seem interested in what I had to say as too busy in the shop ...as a result was given wrong info ..pool was going green.... so I decided to go to Poolworx , Dale diagnosed pump was not doing its job and no matter how much chlorine I was putting in it was useless ....Clay came over and serviced it today ...its looking so much better already ... all staff I deal with at poolworx thankyou for your frien... read more
