I recently ordered a Dolphin Explorer E50 and installed same. After just a few cyckes it faile to move, I contacted PoolAupplies.com and they gave me a choice for prompt refund or replacement. Choosing replacement the following day the 1st one was picked up and the next day the replacement came and has been problem free. BTW the Dolphin Explorer E50 is heads above in ease of use and quality of cleaning. Thank you!!

Great place to do business with outstanding customer service. Purchased over $600 worth of product today and had a minor issue w/the website online. Picked up the phone and ended up speaking with Rob in customer service. Rob went above and beyond to take care of the issue and helped to facilitate the order. Like I said, great place to do business!

While vacuuming my pool the pump became very loud. I contacted CS and they asked me to provide some photos and I did. I followed up and was instructed to loosen up the pump bolts and the noise had gone away for the time being. If I have anymore issues I am sure they will help me again.
