excellent customer service
This is the second time I purchased from them. I purchased the 16 mil pool cover which is phenomenal to heat your pool up. I highly recommend to cover if you were trying to retain heat. Will continue to do business with this company.
I've ordered probably over 100 liners from here. Never a problem. 1 time the liner somehow had a hole. I was reimbursed. Not sure why people are giving bad reviews. As I've been using them for 15 yrs purchasing above ground liners for local Installations. Very reputable business. Never a problem for 15 YRS. Solid 5 ⭐
We had a shipping nightmare due to an ice storm and major delivery issues with FedEx, and our second order never arrived. I called Four Seasons Pool Supply and spoke with Catherine, and she was AMAZING. She reshipped our order immediately, kept me updated every time she had new information, and when we received the wrong package entirely (a heavy car part with my name on it!), she handled it with complete professionalism.
