We were having a terrible problem with the quality of our pool water, causing calcium to literally embed in our plaster. We started with a calcium level of 800, and it’s now at 50! I love the idea that we are not wasting water by draining and replacing it. As for the company, I wish all contractors were like Rick! He’s professional and communicative. He showed up on time, even texting when he was 15 minutes out! I appreciate that he even took the time to go around my grass areas with the hoses so my grass wouldn’t burn. I hi... read more
