We carry leading brands of Pumps, Filters, Chlorinators, Cleaners, Lights and Heat Pumps. We also carry the largest range of spare parts in Hervey Bay. If you want to keep your equipment going, we also offer repairs in our workshop

Popped into Poolside Wide Bay Pool and Spa to get some general pool advice. Wow - talk about customer service, they certainly went above and beyond. We made it clear we weren’t purchasing anything, but that didn’t worry Jackson, he sat us down and spent considerable time sharing his wealth of knowledge with us. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.
Charged $95 for a service call(this didnt even include a basic clean), pool ended up just getting worst and didnt reach close to balance so had to pay for another business to come out and treat it. Staff are nice, but this was quite dissapointing considering i paid $120+ oversll essentially for no result. Only used this pool service one time (should) i use them in future and the standard improve i will update my review to reflect.
