We purchased our hot tub through Poolside in Squamish, and we had excellent service right from the initial inquiry to the installation. We had a minor mechanical issue later on, and they responded to my email next day, sent a service tech the same day and also had a replacement part in their truck ready to go. The entire issue was taken care of in less than 24 hours! We were very impressed and cannot recommend them enough!
I purchased a hot tub from Poolside about 7 months ago. Delivery and setup was amazing. Great team of gentlemen that helped with the setup andplacement of the hot tub. Thisweek, I had issues with the interior lights of the hot tub not working properly. From my life experience dealing with warranties on any items I've owned, I thought for sure it would take a few weeks and a bunch of paperwork etc.. Dave and the team at poolside are so helpful and knowledgeable . They met all our needs in ordering the correct Jacuzzi, gave helpful suggestions and delivered, set up and installed exactly when they said they would. Very good service.
