Engaged swimart Richmond to clean my pool very close to Christmas public holidays as my pool resembled a pond more than a pool! The staff that answered the phone were very well mannered even though I was pushing to get it sorted before the holidays. The staff that came out to clean the pool vacuumed and added the chemicals their testing machine said too. One service and a revisit to balance before it was crystal clear just in time for Christmas.
