This business is a bunch of thieves. I ordered some products back in August and it still says it's pending. I've called over four times and they said they would relay it to their boss lady. I gave them my phone number and order number and still haven't gotten any response back. At this point they are just stealing. I've asked for a refund and it's simple. You just refund That's it. I was referred to them by Maytronics that makes the dolphin robotic pool cleaners. I was hoping to get my power supply repaired. I drove over an hour so was hoping I could hang around in town so I wouldn’t have to make the trip twice. When I called to check on it, Will said he had to order me a new one (which I hadn’t approved) and was wishy washy on the price, said he thought it was two hundred something.
