Says the close at 7 doors closed an shut down way before bad business. Gas isn’t cheap. Fix your online time if you’re not going to be open. Time is something we can’t get back a mine has now been wasted.
Bought a new spa motor and man, what a nightmare. Tech didn't have a clue how to install. Was at my home 4 times with wrong parts. Owner overcharged me for all their mistakes and refused to talk to me or even offer a refund. I had to dispute with my major credit card and received my money back ( partially. I paid for install and the motor). A year later? This motor burnt up, smoking, and rust everywhere. I give this company a negative 10!
This business is a bunch of thieves. I ordered some products back in August and it still says it's pending. I've called over four times and they said they would relay it to their boss lady. I gave them my phone number and order number and still haven't gotten any response back. At this point they are just stealing. I've asked for a refund and it's simple. You just refund That's it.
