RecommendedI would recommend them installing & the superb customer service in the beginning stages. After that, forget it. We've called & went in the store on Wednesday to discuss finishing the concrete & closing our pool. Here it is Tuesday & have heard nothing. We chose them because they're close to our home & convenient to get our water samples done. My pool was installed in August. We just need the concrete fixed & closed. RecommendedI said I would recommend but I am still undecided if I would or not. Here is my reasoning.....In the beginning everything was great. They were very responsive and were able to get the pool installed in a timely manner. The communication broke down a little bit when trying to get the concrete done, but it did get finished. However, we have a few issues with the pool and several small cracks in the concrete that we want fixed and it has been over 3 weeks since they said they would be back to fix it and we have not heard from t... read more
RecommendedWe are very excited to enjoy our brand new pool. They worked to get our pool in place in time to open this summer despite the challenges of weather. The pool turned out beautiful and they have been great about helping us learn how to get it open and up and running. We chose this company because they do both the pool and decking. They also came out to us for consultation as opposed to making us come to them. Overall, we have been happy with our experience with Pools and Spas Unlimited.

New pool liner , installed April 2018. Opened pool April 2019 to discover extreme fading over the winter . I submerged a scrap of leftover liner to the bottom so you can plainly see how much liner has faded . History of customer service has been abhorrent .
RecommendedExtremely pleased with our pool from Pools & Spas. The entire company is extremely knowledgable and efficient from top to bottom. In my 47 years in business this was the first time I have seen a crew of 7 guys work non-stop installing a pool without even one guy asking questions on what to do next. It was amazing. Very professional company and very friendly. Our sales guy Bob James knows his pools and was great to work with. Highly reccomend this company. Even the paver installers were quick and proffessional
