I have made multiple attempts to get an estimate for a pool. No one will return my calls. Very frustrating. I guess they do not need or want the business.

Had pool installed last week and has been worst experience ever. The store manager has not told the truth since the beginning. Were told by install crew pool cover was on site, then told service tech would deliver, now cover cannot be found. Were never told of electrical needs on our part. Wanted check before issues were resolved. Ladder was half way installed husband had to dig up and re-do for security. I would not recommend using them for any of your needs as they are not honest, reliable, or trustworthy.
They tell you its covered under warranty and the send you a Bill over a year later for a repair. then they charge your card for a bill then send you another bill in the mail for $45 more. they sell you a hot tub but then can't repair it when it messes up. do not buy from here!

We had a fiberglass pool with spa installed last Fall. Everyone we dealt with during the contract and construction of the pool and spa was great. The crew that did the concrete work did an awesome job. Customer Service since the opening of the pool this year has been horrible. Phone calls are not returned, instructions on how to operate equipment didn't happen and there is one issue that is unresolved. I was in 3 weeks ago for hot tub chemicals. I inquired on price points for above ground pools and was informed by the young lady working the register that she couldn't give me a price I could fill out a form and someone would contact me or I could wait for the rep. We decided to wait. After 20 minutes of no further engagement by any staff member I went online and submitted a request. To date, no response has been received.
ALWAYS AMAZING! Even during this pandemic, they made sure it was contactless water testing and chemical purchase! Many Thanks
