My grandmother has been a loyal customer with this company for 15+ years. Terrible service, feels like they are robbing her of her hard earned money!! Can't properly help an older lady to open her pool up for her family, they should be ashamed of the service they provide!

They have been so wonderful! My husband and I bought a home with a hot tub and a pool (we had no idea what we were doing!). They have helped and taught us so much!! I would highly, highly recommend!!
Their staff is great with water chemistry and there's a good selection of replacement parts. I bought my pool somewhere else 20 years ago but John is always happy to listen to my troubles and he's a walking library of repair tips. They are crazy busy on warm weekends so if you have pool problems try to avoid that time. I've bought pumps, filter and skimmer parts, robot parts and chemicals. Big thanks to the staff at Pools and Spas by Classic Design. Instead of recommending an $80 service call to fix my pool heater, the staff explained to me the issue and how to easily fix it on my own. I very much appreciated the honesty and help. I will most certainly by using them for my pool needs. Thanks so much for the free advice and money saving!
