For some reason their phone keeps ringing busy. No way to leave a message and for them to call you back.
Why the hell do you schedule and never show up. Someone needs a lesson in scheduling jobs.
I am new to “pool stuff” the girls in the store were so nice and helpful...and very patient with me. Taylor and Patty greeted us with smiles. They were very quick to schedule with me to come out to my house. And then I found out they are a family owned business....I LOVE to support local family businesses!! Thank you, we now have a “pool family”.
Worst customer service EVER.. Customers beware.. Bad communication!
