Great experience all the way around! Ray communicated clearly and helped us choose the perfect pool for our very challenging lot and also sourced the install crew so I didn’t have to lift a finger!
Bought a pool from here recently and had a great experience. Excellent communication from Ray start to finish. Delivered ahead of schedule and the installer they recommended did a really clean professional job. I've already recommended Ray to 2 of my neighbors. So happy to find a place where I could talk to an actual person.
I strongly do NOT recommend pools above ground or any of the other businesses owned by Ray including Florida coast pools. I paid $10,000 for a pool and installation, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. Communication is practically nonexistent. Calls and messages go unanswered, and when I do get a response, it’s vague, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Purchased a 24' Caspian pool. Ray was GREAT to work with. Pricing and quality of pool fantastic. Complete pool shipment received in great condition and when expected. I would chose Ray, Above Ground Pools and the 24' Caspian again! Thank you for a job well done!
