I can’t give 10 stars or I would. This is a quality product that provides peace of mind and customer service is 5 star! I highly recommend
Much harder to install than planned. And really a pain to take down. The customer service I’ve been super frustrated with…sometimes they’ll answer right away and other times ignore me for days. We’re past the point of any refund ability even though the fence simply isn’t working out for our yard, even after hiring help for install. I wish they would improve their product so it lives up to the advertisements. I wish more that they would help compensate us for the huge financial risk we took!!!
The product was delivered on time. The instructions were easy to understand. The customer service was Terrific!
Stay away from this company. They send you a Tracking Number but when you check where the package is, it says Label has been created. I placed an order 17 days ago and it still says Shipping Label has been created. I e-mailed them 2 times and no response from them. When I called today the guy told me item has been shipped today, I checked the tracking number they gave me and it still says Shipping Label has been created just as it was 17 days ago. High quality, affordable and easy to install! I have two daughters—a 6 year old with Down Syndrome and a 3 year old that is typical. When my wife and I had our in-ground pool installed this summer we knew we needed an extra layer of safety.
