Wonderful staff...they were true professionals as well as caring individuals....could not recommend Pooler Veterinary Hospital and more...we have found our long term vet for the rest of our fur babies.
Dr. Mike along with his caring staff did great with our precious dog Maggie. Just a little on the pricy side for everything (which nothing is cheap now a days, so it’s understandable...) but definitely well worth it to get the proper treatment for her! We took her to a somewhat local vet around & she was treated incorrectly! Thanks again doc!☺️
Our dog received absolutely exceptional care. He tore both of his ACL’s within a few weeks apart. Our pup had some complications along the way and Dr. Mike always fit him in, explained everything in detail, and always got back to you, even after hours. We received calls the next day just to check and see how he was recovering. They were also great with financing and made everything a breeze. We were so pleased with ALL the staff. They were all so loving, caring, and compassionate. Cooper definitely became part of that family... read more
Dr. Hood worked with our sweet Nemo a few times for ear hematoma (he loved to shake things �). Beginning of this week, we found out our boy was full of cancer which explained why his health was deteriorating so quickly. Due to his age and the progression of the cancer, surgery was not an option. We had to say goodbye to our 13.5 year old pup and it's the hardest decision I've ever had to make thus far in my life.
