got charged "early termination fees" after my contract ended. how is that early? if I was no longer under contract. not a safe area even with gate. too much crime and break-ins. people freely doing drugs. not safe. Bring Kayla Baca back as manager!
I love it here!! It's usually really quiet, the staff is very professional and helpful and the apts are super spacious and clean. We just began our 2nd yr of living here and although the 1st year was a little rough due to a constant complaining downstairs neighbor which made us want to leave, the dedication Halley showed to the situation and the willingness to make accommodations made us stay and now we're looking fwd to actually being able to enjoy being home 🤗. I have Been living here almost 3 years,l enjoy my home,the staff in the office is very nice and sweet, especially, Halley she has always attend to my needs, If you are looking for a nice Apt home Pooler Station is the one.
Very quiet and away from downtown pooler traffic. The leasing agents are also very friendly and helpful with any needs I might have. Would recommend
