Ortho Pooler is awesome!!! I saw them today for a broken foot and they were quick and courteous! Front office staff was very friendly and helpful when making my appointment and sorting out insurance. Docs and nurses were friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate! And on top of all of that, I was in and out in 30 minutes. This is an excellent alternative to an ER visit for ortho problems. If I have any ortho issues in the future, I’ll be back!
Ortho Pooler is the absolute best place to go. Dr. Bill and his AMAZING staff are by far the most professional, knowledgeable and down to earth group you will encounter in this field. They make you feel so welcomed, comfortable and at ease. I love them all. I highly recommend Ortho Pooler to ANYONE!!! 👍🏽
the staff is absolutely amazing you feel very comfortable when you're there.my fiance Brian was just there today getting a nerve blockage and everybody was so friendly and the doctors are amazing.
I went there last year for a torn rotator cuff and the professionalism of the staff was amazing, the care was unbelievable. I am healed and back at work! I am now back there for another injury and the same amazing staff, and the care I have received is just truly genuine... They listen, truly listen and not just with their ears, they are very observant and know their jobs well. I feel confident going again and I know they will help me again!
Very customer friendly, and the entire staff is professional. If you want positive results, and answers to you issues, I highly recommend you give them a call. They take walk-ins as well......... Thank You Guys for the support you gave me in the time of need!
