I love Dr. pool but the only reason I cannot give a five star review is because of the lady at the front desk. We showed up for an appointment for my seven-year-old, in attendance was his dad his step mom and myself, his mother. I overheard the lady at the front desk make the comment to another patient that we had to bring the whole family and for one kids appointment. I definitely did not appreciate that. I'm not sure if she is just not used to seeing families coparent but that is what we do.
Never been a big fan but been going there for years because it was convenient. But the fact that every time I ask for something I'm always told I have to have a new exam done or I have to come in for this or that. When someone calls requesting their own personal information, you shouldn't have to come do another exam. I needed an emergency pair of contacts because glasses were messed up and I just needed the prescription so I could get some contacts as I'm at the beach. Our family has done business with Dr. Poole's office for many years. We have always been pleased with our glasses and the care that we have been given by Dr. Poole and his office staff!
