RecommendedOur second time renting from Poole & Associates. Never had a problem, stayed at the Pass. Only thing could’ve been better was a higher floor to see out more.
We are staying now at The Palms 611. I have been coming to Orange Beach for over 20 years and I have never stayed at a condo that is so poorly kept up. The washing machine does not stay balanced so it starts making that awful noise with every spin. The dryer takes 3 cycles to dry a load of clothes. The refrigerator does not keep the food as cold as it should. I will say it was pretty clean - it just needs some serious upgrades. I won’t use this property management company again.
Unfortunately we did not get to stay but I do want to make people aware of my situation. 45 days ago we booked a condo on the next day my husband ended up in the hospital. No his situation was not improving I made a call to see if we could get our money back. They offered to relist the property and we did get a partial payment because someone rented it for two days. I feel they tried to work with us since my husband was diagnosed with AML. Thank you and God Bless!
