Stayed at one of their properties a couple weeks ago in Gulf Shores. Two out of 5 mornings we were abruptly awakened by workers power washing/ painting the exterior of our rental home at 6:20am. We called to complain to the office as paint chips were all over our cars and the deck areas/chairs from the washing, plus the early morning wake up call, then they were getting ready to paint using a sprayer around our cars. Worst vacation ever!!!! We stayed for 7 days. Of that 7 days only had access to the amenities that were suppose to be offered for 2 1/2 days. Left numerous messages and they never acknowledged them until I called back and spoke with someone. They were quick to fix repairs to the condo but not fix the issues we were having. No key FOB and access code we were given stopped working after 2 1/2 days. Paid alot for a view and that was it. We were suppose to have access to pool, hot tub, private access to the beach. Ease of check in and out—very organized, friendly, EXCELLENT!
707A Surf and Racquet Club rental is through this property management company. Check in process is very inconvenient especially after an 11 hour drive. Front desk associates are rude and not accommodating. We by chance new the family renting the unit after us. The family informed us they were offered a discount to check in a day earlier which we would have still been checked in. super helpful easy check ins. i have never had a problem with them. I have booked with them 2 times and they are super helpful. Both units are nice that we rented. Highly recommend poole and associates.
Rented a condo for spring break. It was a vey nice place. We will definitely rent from Poole again, and recommend it for our Indiana families/friends. They were very easy to deal with and easy to follow directions/rules.
