I hate to give a low rating but in this case I feel the need. My pool was having issues this past Summer and I contacted PoolCat services. They came and service the pool, charged me for the chemicals and told me it should be good to go in a couple of days. Unfortunately nothing happened so I called them back. So disappointed in Poolcat. Outrageous labor charges and demands to be paid upfront before parts will even be ordered. And as another reviewer said, do not seek help for your heater! Barb and Randy were awesome people, Poolcat people are not. They’ve lost me as a customer forever.
I was trying to get my pool heater looked at and after several phone calls they final said someone could be out to look at it 7/29 almost 2 weeks after the conversation started and now they want me to pay 150.00 dollars up front before they even show up !! sounds like they are using a sublet company to look at my heater and then the sublet company will charge me more for labor and parts WHAT A SCAM they are running charging me for doing nothing !!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS A good company would never ask for payment up front
