I have been a costumer to Pool Warehouse since 2021. We have purchased a new in-ground liner, main drainer, gaskets and accessories to redo our pool. We had a few hiccups along the way with delayed orders and some missing items. Chelsey a representative of Pool Warehouse has been amazing to work with and has resolved our issues very quickly. She was a pleasure to talk to on the phone and updated me daily about my transaction through email. We love our pool!
Ordered an AMG grill cover. $129. Received a cheap knockoff. Have been going back and forth with pictures, videos, packaging photos… for TWO MONTHS. And they still refuse to refund my money. Scammers and cheaters.
Installing an inground pool as a DYI project can be pretty intimidating. Poolwarehouse ABSOLUTELY makes it possible. This place is a joke! I had nothing but issues with them! They don’t return calls or emails timely. My pool was delayed because they didn’t do the drawing properly, which I had called and emailed several tones asking about, it wasn’t addressed until they called me to ask to switch the style coping (which I didn’t need any coping since I ordered an auto cover.
