Nice Family Business Had a beautiful pool installed on schedule. Installers were polite and very professional and got the job done on time in spite of nasty, rainy weather the entire time. Had one small problem with the pool pump and it was replaced at no cost within 24 hours. The store employees are friendly and very helpful. bad service Called to ask about fireplaces and the gentlemen on the phone was very negative and not willing to help.. he said to put a deposit on the fireplace then they would give us a price. Very Bad. Early January called..
Awful place to do business This place is awful really! We looked at their pools on site and decided to put a deposit on one. The pool we looked at had vinyl rails on the top but the one that they installed was aluminum. We figured that since it had a warranty that we wouldn't complain. Within one year the paint was chipping on the rails. When we called because we figured that it was under warranty, as we'd been told, they were not willing to help at all. Great Company! Great Service! I had my pool installed by Pool & Spa Outlet in July 2008. We looked at many different pool stores before deciding on Pool & Spa Outlet and we are so happy we did! The knowledgable sales staff there helped is every step of the way and answered all of our questions about water chemistry and maintenance. Their installer Bob, and owner, Fred, were very helpful and did a very professional job. We now have the backyard of our dreams!
First Class Operation In the past two years, I have purchased both a hot tub and an electric fireplace from Pool & Spa Outlet. After visiting 5 spa stores, I purchased my Master Spa from Pool & Spa Outlet because the salespeople were the most knowledgeable and friendliest out of all the competitors. Great Family Business! This is a great family owner business! Fred, the owner is a great guy. He personally came out to my property and helped with my water chemistry. For two weeks we could not get our pool clear, and within 2 days of Fred coming out, it was clear! My kids couldnt be happier. I would recommend this company to anyone.
