Pool & Spa Concepts does not deliver on promises of service or warranty repairs. We have been without a pool chlorination unit for 2 SEASONS now. They claim they are having trouble with the manufacturer. How is it the customer's problem what happens between a company and their suppliers? Its not. I believe P&S should replace the defective equipment with another brand or issue a full refund for the device. They clearly have not provided the top-notch service they tout.
