Totally incompetent, Had a pump problem and called them. First they told me a week, then I call. They said a couple more days. Last week I called, they said this thursday. Yesterday I called to confirm Thursday for sure. And she said, I will call you back. Let me check. Never called me back. I called them this morning and she said we're not going to be able to get out there. So if you want to hire somebody to work on your pool and depend on them coming out. These are definitely not the people to call.
I’ve used Pool Side multiple times- I trust their opinion and they do great work. Highly recommend.
