Posted on September 26th. I will be deleting this post when I get a message from Chris indicating that he has posted on my workplace Facebook account that I did not extort his company and that he did not do any free work for me as he has posted in reply to my original review. II had work done by CJ on Wednesday August 9, 2017. He did the work and it appeared that both pumps were working. I had a bill over $300. and paid by check. We trusted Chris to purchase a $2600 water heater. Because he did not have the money up front to order the part we had to send him the money through our personal paypal account and not through goods and services which is covered by buyer protection on PayPal. He told us that we had to send it that way because the money wouldnt clear until Jan 3rd. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Called and made appointment for service, when I got there, CJ was nowhere to be found. Finally got him on the phone and dropped the pump off. When I picked it up (after being promised a call for cost and time to fix, which did not happen, and when I called he did not pick up), the motor had a larger diameter housing than original, and it would not fit. I have called repeatedly and gone to CJ's "store" (no sign, locked up tight), and he's gone silent on me. Replacement motor was of POO... read more
