Pool Mates associates have been very friendly and helpful. They have a mix of younger and older employees and the young lady who helped me both times was super friendly and got me exactly what I needed. I’ve come here twice after I stopped going to Pioneer because of Pioneer’s terrible service. I’ll only be coming to Pool Mates now.
Went there to buy some pool chlorine... Young lady at desk very friendly and very helpful and efficient. Actually put the chlorine jugs in my car, for me!
Sunday, July 19, 2026 I was having trouble with my pool heater, so I called Pool Mates Pool & Hot Tub Inc. after finding them online. I spoke with Matt, who patiently walked me through a few troubleshooting steps over the phone. Thanks to his clear guidance, the heater was up and running again. I truly appreciate the time and professionalism Matt showed. That kind of service builds trust, and if I ever need help in the future, Pool Mates will be my first call. Thank you again!
