The associates at this store were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Our filter union was leaking and I simply sent them a video. They ordered me the parts, assembled them, glued them and even teflon taped the thread for me then taught me how to install it myself. This saved me $ in labour costs. $20 and my filter is up and running again!

I text Pool Mates out to check a pool heater Endbridge shut down when changing our meter. The worker was very knowledgeable and checked the unit , filled out Endbridge paperwork and mailed it in. Super service.
