Pool Logic was off to a great start then... My husband and I were told that they (Pool Logic) do not have enough money to finish our pool...after collecting $80,000 plus dollars mind you. They ask us to pay for our pool equipment costing about $7,800 dollars. in addition to our balance. The pool equipment was paid for in the $80,000 dollars... so remind me why we have been asked to pay double?? #disappointed #frustrated
Sales team worked hard to get us in, impressive. Until all is said and done and we are still having issues with the work that was done. Cracked pipe in the pool, flooding due to drainage system blocked by plaster that was just hosed into our drains during construction. It’s only been 6 months!
Even though I didn't go with Pool Logic in Ontario location to build our pool but I had to leave a review base on my experience with their sale team. I found Pool Logic on Instagram and loved all their unique modern designs. I called in late October to set up an appointment to get my pool done in Riverside area. Their team responded quickly. I was really impressed with their pictures online. First appointment went great and we decided to go with them, but then it went downhill from there. Lack of follow up and follow through was very frustrating and unprofessional. It is as if they don’t care to gain more projects. I was patient and tried to make it work, but then I came to my senses and thought enough was enough. I am glad I saw it early on before starting the project with them and it being a frustrating journey when it should be an exciting one.
