This guy is great. I'm updating this review because I did another job with him and he was equally stellar. Smart, creative and kind. Highly recommend!! From a month ago: I had a problem where my spa was tripping the breaker. I kid you not, for five weeks I had four different people look at it, including a general contractor, electrician, of course my pool guy, which I replaced and had another pool guy weigh in. Unfortunately I cannot recommend him. I want to start by saying that Sergio was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable at first. I was having an emergency and as I requested a quote Yelp must have shared the request and he was the first to reply (I thought he was a different company with 7 positive reviews). He came right away and fixed the problem within a couple of days. Then he kept asking me to write him a good review, which I didn't have a chance to do until now. Please do not use the service. I don't think it really exist. I called sergio back several times before he even answered the phone. I told him that my hot tub still had some dirt at the bottom. His reply was is it still a heating, and working I said yes but it's dirty. The nerves to get smart. He said that he was gonna call me and also get back with me by Saturday. Simply a great bunch of Pool Joe ! They attended to a pool leak same day and stayed many hours t resolve it, polite and professional and knowledgeable.Pool Joe is the bast man for this work. cannot recommend highly enough.
I had a problem with my pool heater . I called Sergio at " Pool Joe ". Problem solved. I need a few more things done to make the pool equipment perform like new, but Sergio is going to take care of that later. Wonderful service 👏🏾
