Average job when they come, wait days for them to come back to finish a service or fix a problem. We used them for multiple years and paid in full at the beginning of the season with no attempt on their part to improve their customer service. This happened multiple years not just during covid.

I really wish someone else would open a pool supply store.
I begged them through 12 emails and 4 phonecalls to return and finish the cleaning job they started, they kept promising, next day , next day , next day and never showed up. As a busy frontliner , working to save lives its very frustrating since my kids are locked up in the house while I have to work , they can't even use their own pool. Don't hire them.
When they show up, they're great. But no one ever calls me back, and they do not show up even when scheduled. They still haven't fixed my problem that I called about a month ago. Very frustrated.
What can I say but awesome. Knowledge, customer service, pool service, supplies, reasonable prices, they have it all. I don't go anywhere else.
