For years, we "used to" have the best pool man ever but the good times ended when he moved out if state. We went through 3 - 4 others before meeting Dan from Pool Hawk. He has taken over the title. He is knowledgeable, in both mechanical's and chemicals. He is easy to work with and will go that extra mile to keep your pool the way you expect it to be. Pool Hawk is great! He diagnosed the issue with our pool quickly, ordered the needed parts (which he had to special order) and came on time to do the repair/ Replacement. When he went to remove the items needing repair he discovered that there was as loose wires causing our issue, corrected the problem and didn't charge us a dime. There are many dishonest people out there and he could have easily replaced what wasn't broken to make a quick buck but he didn't. Completely happy with the service I have received from Pool Hawk. Response was quick and professional. I've had a new filter installation, problem shooting with my pump and now I use them for weekly pool service. Couldn't be more happy and my pool has never looked better!
Had a filtration and motor problem that I needed help with. Couldn't be more happy with Pool Hawk response, service and price. It now works better than ever!!!!! Let's just say that if you have a problem with your pool or spa and you don't use Pool Hawk, you could be making a foolish mistake. I'm glad I called I am more than impressed with everything they did and their professionalism!!!
Pool Hawk came out to replace my pool motor and did a great job! He was on time and finished in under an hour. He took all of the trash and old tank with him and didn't leave any mess behind. Super nice guy and knew his job very well. Highly recommended!
Dan from Pool Hawk did an amazing job for me. They were professional, did great work and most importantly honest. If I had any issues or concerns, they were quickly addressed and remedied. They always showed up when promised and pool was done ahead of schedule. I have already referred them to my friends and will continue to do so, Thank you so much Dan.
DO NOT USE. Not a licensed contractor. Installed wrong pump! Never painted pipes. Took him 3 weeks to get pump running, then nothing still worked right! He then charged to clean filter and salt cell, but NEVER cleaned them!! New real pool people have said pump is bad due to faulty installation, had to pay for filters to be cleaned again. Complete waste of $1100!!
Grateful to Pool Hawk for getting my wireless automation system back up and running. Everyone else I contacted didn't know how to fix it and attempted to sell me a costly new system for thousands! Highly recommend!! Dan from Pool Hawk.
We had a fantastic experience working with Dan at Pool Hawk. They re-plastered and re-tiled our entire pool and turned it into a real showcase for our backyard! Our previous pool had become discolored and sorely needed an upgrade. Dan came out and gave us a great quote. His team was very efficient and was able to get the job done in a very short time.
