We hired Pool Hawk after a very negative experience with a dishonest contractor. We found Pool Hawk to be extremely competitive price-wise and conservative in their recommendations for repairs on our property. Happily, we were able to replace our pool pump, filter, added fire/water feature, and tile work for a fair price. The work completed by Pool Hawk and their staff was prompt and outstanding. I've worked with Dan at Pool hawk Pools several months now with a total remodel from new Tile, Plaster, Decking, Electrical and Equipment Automation. Just got our pool all redone have to say you folks did a super job and it didn’t break our bank. Pool Hawk Pools are EXCELLENT and true professional at what they do.
Pool Hawk performed approximately 30 min of diagnosis and ultimately advised me that my pool heater could not be effectively repaired due to corroded parts. He advised me on replacement heaters and left without any commitment from me to hire his services. My wife and I were so impressed with Pool Hawk professionalism, troubleshooting skill, and honesty (not allowing us to throw good money after bad) that we hired them a week later to install a new heater. The response was quick and the installation was very clean.
After spending 20k on re-plastering my pool I was told I had to prime the plaster by brushing it constantly and treating the water in a special way. Not knowing how or what to do I was recommended to Dan at Pool Hawk. Thank goodness!! I called him explained my situation and he was here in a flash. He was very knowledgeable and professional and got right to work. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a pool service and repair. The owner Dan is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and even cut into his free time to come to my house and answer all my questions when we first moved here last summer. I'm very happy with the way my pool looks and his prices are great. It seems like there's hundreds of pool companies where I live, but I choose Pool Hawk.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again... Pool Hawk Pool Service is the BEST in Tucson! My booster pump broke just after the warranty period, and the owner graciously offered to replace it without charge! (Two days after I reported the problem!) Try getting that level of professional service from another company. Trust me, these folks are number one for a reason... great service, great management, great attitude.
We would recommend Pool Hawk Pools . They did an amazing job on our pool and deck. In addition, they got the job done in a prompt time schedule. The price to fix the pool was not only very fair, but they gave us little extras to top it off. Again, most importantly, the pool looks amazing, better then we ever could expect. Thank you Dan & Pool Hawk Pools for a great job. Also, we will now be using Pool Hawk to service our pool to keep it looking great. Excellent pool work, very fair price, plus many great extras.
