Graeme is very professional. He was upfront about the costs and keeps clear communication.
Graeme was asked to find a replacement top valve assembly to fit our aging "Sandpiper" sand filter, as the original back-wash valve was starting to leak badly, and spare parts are now non-existent. He not only sourced a brand new alternate valve system, but professionally fitted it to our existing filter, and the surrounding pipework......all while we were overseas!!!
